Working principle of cold forging machine

Fastener parts forming
1.Purpose: to achieve the shape and length (or thickness) of semi-finished product by cold forging (or hot forging) of wire rod.
2. Bolt or screw head forming :

    Machine models (specifications) selection: machine models RBF-63S,RBF-83S,RBF-103S, RBF-133S; RBF-64S,RBF-84S,RBF-104S,RBF-134L. Suitable for M6,M8,M10,M12. Length range 40-200mm,

   Operation process:

1. Hexagon bolt (four die four stroke or three die three stroke)

(a), cutting: through the movable scissors one-way movement, the wire stuck in the cutting die cut into the required material.

(b), a punch: after the die against the blank material punching die extrusion blank material, preliminary molding, and then the blank material will be pushed out after the die.

(c) Second punching: the blank material enters the second punching die, the second punching die extrudes the blank material, and the blank material is flat and round, and then the latter punching die pushes the blank material out.

(d) Three punching: the blank material enters the third punching die, and the hexagonal head of the blank material is initially formed by cutting through the hexagonal three punching die. After that, the latter punching die pushes the blank material into the third die, cutting from the hexagonal head cut, hexagonal head formed.

3.Hot forging:

(a). Heating: Heating the end of the blank material to be molded by the heating equipment to the white-hot state, and setting the heating temperature and time according to the product specifications. General 3/4 to lower heat for 7-10 seconds, 7/8-1 "heat for about 15 seconds.

4. Nut  forming:

   Operation process:

(a), Cutting: by the inner knife die (410) and shear knife (301), the wire is cut into the required blank material.

(b), A punching: by the front punching die (111), stroke die (411), after the punching bar (211), will be uneven deformation cut off the blank material to be reshaped, and the blanks are pushed out by the rear punch rod (211).

    Second blanking: the running clamp (611) clips the blank material from the first blanking to the second blanking, which is matched by the front blanking die (112), the stroke die (412) and the rear blanking rod (412)

To further reshape the blank material, and strengthen the flattening and filling effect of the first stroke, and then push the blank material out with the rear stroke bar (212).

    Three blanking: the running clamp (612) clips the blank material from the second blanking to the third blanking, which is equipped with the front blanking die (113), the stroke die (413) and the rear blanking rod (213)

And the blanks are extruded again so that the down thrust can be fully formed, and then the blanks are pushed out by the back thrust rod (213).

   Four-punch: the running clip (613) clips the blank material from the third punch to the fourth punch, which is equipped with the front punch die (114), the stroke die (414) and the rear punch rod (214)
